Day 1: Ubud Arrival and Orientation

Land in Denpasar and head directly to Ubud. Check into a family-friendly resort like Sthala Ubud or Maya Ubud. Spend your first afternoon adjusting to the time zone with a light stroll through the Ubud Market and Monkey Forest. Dinner at Bebek Bengil offers open-air seating and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for tired travellers.
Day 2: Animal Encounters and Rice Terraces
After breakfast, visit Bali Zoo or Bali Safari and Marine Park. Both offer shuttle services and plenty of interactive experiences. Have lunch at the zoo, then make your way to Tegallalang Rice Terraces. Children will enjoy walking the terraced paths and seeing farmers at work. Return to the resort for a swim and dinner on-site.
Day 3: Hands-On Culture
Today is all about cultural immersion. Book a half-day family cooking class in Ubud where everyone can learn to make satay and banana fritters. Spend the afternoon visiting a traditional Balinese home compound. Early evening: gamelan or Legong dance show.
Day 4: Northern Bali Excursion
Transfer to Lovina or Bedugul. Stop at Ulun Danu Beratan Temple on the lake for stunning photos. Continue to your hotel and spend the evening unwinding. Optional: strawberry picking in the cool Bedugul air.
Day 5: Adventure and Dolphins
Rise early for dolphin watching in Lovina, followed by a visit to the Bali Treetop Adventure Park. Zip-lining through the forest is suitable for kids 4+. Spend the afternoon at Banjar Hot Springs before returning to your accommodation.
Day 6: Beachside Fun in Sanur or Nusa Dua
Head south and check into a beach resort in Sanur or Nusa Dua. Enjoy water sports like banana boating or visit the Turtle Conservation and Education Center. In the evening, stroll the beachfront promenade and have dinner at a seafood warung.
Day 7: Wrap-Up and Departure
Spend your final morning building sandcastles or taking a bike ride along the beach path. Enjoy brunch at Genius Cafe or Artotel Beach Club before checking out. Transfer to the airport.
